What Does This Warranty Cover? 

This warranty covers any manufacturing defects in your authentic Display Anywhere brand magnetic system (the “Product”) when you purchase the Product from an Authorized Display Anywhere Retailer or www.DisplayAnywhere.net. 

How Long Does The Warranty Last? 

This warranty lasts for 90 days following your date of purchase of the Product. You should retain your receipt as proof of purchase, which may be required in connection with obtaining warranty service. 

What Will Display Anywhere Do? 

Display Anywhere will replace any manufacturing defects for Products returned within 90 days following the original date of purchase. 

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

This warranty does not cover damages or defects caused by misuse or abuse of the Product. This warranty does not cover, and is void for, purchases made from any retail establishment not authorized by Display Anywhere. Disclaimers. DISPLAY ANYWHERE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL AND INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, DAMAGES FOR BODILY INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH) AND DAMAGE TO PROPERTY. THE DURATION OF ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE, DAMAGES FOR PERSONAL INJURY, OR THE LENGTH OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION. 

How Do You Get Warranty Service? 

If you believe that there is a manufacturing defect in your Product during the warranty period, return the Product to an Authorized Display Anywhere Retailer along with your proof of purchase. In the event you purchased the Product directly from either www.Display Anywhere.com or an authorized retailer please contact Display Anywhere Customer Relations at hello@displayanywhere.net.  A Return Authorization (RA) maybe issued.  Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping to return to Display Anywhere.  Following a determination by Display Anywhere that a fault covered by this warranty may have occurred, Display Anywhere will: (a) ship you replacement Product.
